Romanian-based European Future Group Plans to Complete 50 Mln Euro Logistics Park in 2010

BUCHAREST (Romania), October 8 (SeeNews) – Romanian-based real estate developer European Future Group plans to complete a 50 million euro ($68 million) logistics park in the capital Bucharest in the first half of 2010, local real estate company Regatta said on Wednesday.

The logistics park, located in the north-eastern part of the capital, will have 95,000 square metres of built-up area and will be developed on an area of 207,000 square metres, Regatta, the agency authorised to lease the development, said in a statement.

The project will be built in four phases. The first one was completed in the second quarter of this year.

European Future Group focuses on central and eastern Europe. The company manages a portofolio of 400,000 square metres of office, commercial and residential spaces.
