Romanian Banks' End-Aug Loan Portfolio Rises 50.4% Y/Y - Table

November 25 (SeeNews) - The loan portfolio of Romania's commercial banks totalled 183.63 billion lei ($62.4 billion/48.4 billion euro) at the end of August, up by 50.4% from a year earlier, central bank data showed on Tuesday.

The banks' deposit portfolio rose to 141.33 billion lei at the end of August from 108.01 billion lei a year earlier, according to the central bank's monthly statistics.
