* Friday, October 31 - Bucharest: Romanian PM Calin Popescu Tariceanu will meet with economic experts to discuss the possible effects the global financial crisis may have on the Romanian economy. The governor of Romania’s central bank, Mugur Isarescu, is also invited. (1100 GMT)
