September 11 (SeeNews) - A capital increase issue of 19,999,997 shares in Bulgarian diversified group Rodna Zemya Holding [BUL:6R2] started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday, bourse data showed.
Rodna Zemya Holding increased its capital to some 56 million levs ($31.6 million/28.6 million euro) from 36 million levs through the share issue, BSE data showed.
The company raised nearly 36 million levs through the issue, as it placed the shares at a price of 1.8 levs each.
Rodna Zemya Holding shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 2 levs each.
Earlier this month, Rodna Zemya Holding said that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Sofia-headquartered HIT Hypermarket from Germany-based HIT Bulgarien.
