Regulator registers Alpha Bulgaria share issue

November 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's financial regulator said it has registered a 13.82 million levs ($7.55 million/7.07 million euro) share issue by investment company Alpha Bulgaria [BUL:ALFB].

Alpha Bulgaria's warrant holders subscribed to 13.82 million voting shares with a par value of 1 lev each, raising the company's capital to 18.32 million levs from 4.5 million levs, the regulator said in a notice on Tuesday.

The company launched the capital hike process in September, offering up to 193.79 million common shares to its warrant holders.

Shares in Alpha Bulgaria last traded at 1.84 levs on the BaSe market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
