RC Europe to open 100 mln euro logistics park in Croatia in Apr '25

RC Zone Samobor is the largest single Czech investment in Croatia, RC Europe noted. The logistics park will spread on an area of 170,000 square metres and will provide 86,000 square metres of space for warehousing and manufacturing activities in the northern town of Samobor located near Zagreb and close to the Croatian border with Slovenia.

In June 2024, when the construction works started, the investor said it expected to complete them by the end of 2024.

Among the future tenants of RC Zone Samobor there are three companies from the logistics sector - DB Schenker, Milsped and Logaritam.
