Following the transaction, Mihaela Golovatii owns 1,162,275 shares in the company, while SIF Moldova is no longer a shareholder, SPIT Bucovina said in stock exchange filings.

Last week, SIF Moldova said that it has sold its 19.55% stake in SPIT Bucovina for 1.185 million lei ($274,000/249,000 euro).

The sale is part of SIF Moldova's strategy to divest assets from its historical portfolio which have exhausted their growth potential, the company said at the time. The transaction was serviced by SIF Moldova's unit Asset Invest.

Earlier this month, Mihaela Golovatii sold a 21.12% stake in Mecanica Rotes [BSE:METY].

As at 8:45 CET on Tuesday, SIF Moldova shares traded 0.36% higher at 1.39 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
