Last year, the average price per square metre increased by 2.8% to 312,011 dinars in the capital Belgrade, while in the northern city of Novi Sad prices increased by 14.4% to 206,400 dinars, the statistical office said in a statement.
In the second half of 2023, the average price per square metre of dwellings in new residential buildings in Serbia fell by 4.8% year-on-year to 207,103 dinars, the statistical office said.
