Prices of new dwellings in Serbia up 0.7% in 2023

March 15 (SeeNews) - The average price of dwellings in new residential buildings in Serbia rose 0.7% to 211,103 dinars ($1,960/1,800 euro) per square metre in 2023, the statistical office said on Friday.

Last year, the average price per square metre increased by 2.8% to 312,011 dinars in the capital Belgrade, while in the northern city of Novi Sad prices increased by 14.4% to 206,400 dinars, the statistical office said in a statement.

In the second half of 2023, the average price per square metre of dwellings in new residential buildings in Serbia fell by 4.8% year-on-year to 207,103 dinars, the statistical office said.
