Posta Slovenije announces buyout bid for Intereuropa

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 10 (SeeNews) - Posta Slovenije has announced a buyout bid for all shares of Slovenian logistics group Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] it does not already own, the target company said in a statement on Monday.

Posta Slovenije is offering 1.45 euro ($1.6) per share in the bid that is running until January 13, news daily Delo reported the same day.

The price equals the consideration that the bidder paid in November for a 72.13% stake in Intereuropa.

($ = 0.9024 euro)
