Port Fleet 99 starts trading on Bulgarian Stock Exchange

November 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian ship towage company Port Fleet 99 [BUL:9PF] started trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, with the first deals in its shares on the bourse priced at 7 levs ($4.25/3.58 euro) per share, according to BSE data.

A total of 602,000 shares in Port Fleet Burgas changed hands in 13 deals by 15:45 CET on Monday, bourse data shows.

Port Fleet 99 has a registered capital of 2,008,400 levs, divided into the same number of shares.

The company closed 2018 with revenue of 8.1 million levs and a net profit of 291,000 levs, according to its most recent annual financial statement.

Port Fleet 99 engages in harbour towage and manoeuvring of ships, sea towage and cargo handling services.
