PORR Construct wins 57 mln euro road deal in Romania

The 5.77 km-long bypass road must be completed within 34 months, with 10 months allocated to the design stage and 24 months to the building phase, Pistol said in a social media post.

The project will be financed from Romania's EU-backed operational programme Transport 2021-2027.

Established in 2004, PORR Construct specialises in infrastructure works and the construction of buildings. In 2022, the company booked a net loss of 6.9 million lei on a turnover of 1.252 billion lei, according to finance ministry data.
