This volume represents P3's highest activity in recent years within the Romanian market, the company said in a press release.
The transactions were made at P3's Bucharest A1 industrial park, where large retailers and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies occupy 40% of the leased space, followed by logistics and distribution companies at 40%, and the remaining 20% by manufacturing, IT, and pharma sectors.
Over 150,000 sq m of the reported leases in 2023 involved long-term partnerships, with 20,000 sq m from short-term agreements. Among the long-term partnerships, 77% were contract renewals, 25% space extensions within the park, and 5% new tenants.
P3 has been active on the European markets for almost 20 years and currently has commercial activities in 11 countries, employing more than 250 people.
