OTP Banka Srbija cuts 9-mo after-tax loss by 27% - table

BELGRADE (Serbia), November 15 (SeeNews) – Hungarian banking group OTP said on Thursday the consolidated after-tax loss of its Serbian unit fell 27% on the year to 2.6 billion Hungarian forints ($11.7 million/9.2 million euro) in the first nine months of 2012.

In the third quarter alone, OTP Banka Srbija's after-tax loss grew to 1.3 billion forints from 584 million forints in the same period of 2011, OTP said in its January-September financial report.

OTP Banka Srbija’s operating loss grew 24% to 456 million forints in January-September.
