Nusco City will spread on a 2.5 ha area in northern Bucharest and will be financed from Nusco's own funds and bank loans, the real estate developer said in a press release.

The complex will feature over 600 apartments and a green area of 5,000 sq m.

Nusco City will be developed in two phases, with the first one expected to be completed in 2022.

The residential complex will be located within a 23 ha land plot in northern Bucharest which the Nusco group bought in 2002.

Since its establishment in 1997, Nusco Imobiliara has built two residential projects in Bucharest, as well as 50,0000 sq m of retail and office space.

Nusco is an Italian group operating in real estate and in the production and sale of doors and windows. Its main offices and manufacturing facilities are located in Nola, Italy and in Bucharest.
