Number of registered unemployed in Bosnia falls 8.3% y/y in Oct

On a monthly comparison basis, the number of registered unemployed people edged down 0.5% in October, the statistical office said in a statement.

Most of the registered unemployed in October, 128,442, were highly skilled people, followed by holders of high school diplomas, 114,455, and unskilled people - 110,655.

People with two-year college education accounted for the smallest share of unemployed - 6,350 people.

There were 435,266 registered unemployed in Bosnia at the end of 2018. Bosnia has a population of some 3.5 million.
