May 21 (SeeNews) - Israel's Nofar Energy plans to build a 26 MW solar plant in Serbia's northern municipality of Ada, local media reported on Tuesday.

The investment is worth 30 million euro ($32.6 million), media outlet eKapija reported.

The solar plant will span 30 hectares and produce a total of 33.2 million kWh of electricity per year.

Founded in 2011, Nofar Energy is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. It is specialised in the development, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants and wind farms.
