November 15 (SeeNews) - Registrations of passenger cars in Romania rose 15.2% on the year in the January-October period, reaching 120,608 units, the Romanian Car Producers and Importers Association, APIA, said on Wednesday.
Light commercial vehicles registrations, including minibuses, increased 15.5% to 15,051 in the ten months through October, APIA said in a press release. Registrations of heavy commercial vehicles and buses grew 29.8%.

As many as 32.4% of the new passenger cars were registered in Romania during the period were manufactured by Dacia.
