N. Macedonia's Zito Polog plans to sell 20.6% stake

May 22 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's flour milling and baked goods company Zito Polog [MSE:ZPOG] said it plans to sell own shares representing 20.60% interest.

N. Macedonia's Zito Polog plans to sell 20.6% stake

Zito Polog will offer the stake for sale to maintain the company's liquidity and stability and comply with legal provisions, it said in a bourse filing.

The company will offer 11,536 own shares, each with a par value of 51.13 euro ($55.2).

Zito Polog's shareholders approved the planned sale at a meeting on May 22.

The company's shares last traded on the MSE on June 6 at an average price of 2,266 denars ($39.9/36.8 euro).
