N. Macedonia's Vitaminka to pay 6.5 euro/share dividend for 2023

May 31 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's food company Vitaminka AD Prilep [MSE:VITA] said on Friday its shareholders approved a proposal to distribute a gross dividend of 400 denars ($7/6.5 euro) per share for 2023 after skipping dividend payout for the previous year.

Vitaminka will distribute a total of 29.7 million denars out of its 2023 net profit as dividend, it said in a bourse filing.

The company last distributed a dividend for 2021, when it paid out a gross amount of 310 denars per share.

Vitaminka's net profit reached 68.5 million denars in 2023, after booking a net profit of 29.8 million denars the previous year.

The company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on April 12, when they changed hands at an average price of 10,010 denars, bourse data showed.

Vitaminka is specialised in the production of chocolate confectionery and crisp snacks.
