November 25 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Central Securities Depository said that investment company Vega Fondovi AD Skopje increased its capital by 24,800 euro ($25,800) through a private placement of a new share issue.
Vega Fondovi issued 2,480 ordinary shares at a price of 10 euro each, equal to the par value, the securities depository said in a statement on Thursday.
Following the new share issue, Vega Fodovi’s share capital totals 154,800 euro, divided into 15,480 shares of 10 euro in par value each.
Vega Fondovi is an investment funds management company, also offering individual portfolio management and investment advising services, according to the company's LinkedIn profile.
