N. Macedonia's UNI Banka to pay higher dividend for 2023

April 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's lender UNI Banka [MSE:UNI] said on Tuesday its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 368 denars ($6.4/6 euro) for 2023, higher compared with a year earlier.

UNI Banka will distribute some 200.9 million denars from its 2023 net profit as dividend for that year, it said in a bourse filing.

The lender paid out a gross dividend of 282.97 denars per share for 2022.

UNI Banka's net profit rose 39.6% on the year to 476.5 million denars in 2023.

The bank’s shares traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange at an average price of 7,208 denars on Tuesday.
