N. Macedonia's Ugotur board president resigns

April 1 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's catering company Ugotur [MSE:RZUG] said on Monday that Marina Simonoski, the president of its board of directors, has resigned.

The resignation will take effect at the upcoming shareholders' meeting on April 29, Ugotur said in a bourse filing.

No further details were provided.

Ugotur's shares have not traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange in the past year.
