N. Macedonia’s Tutunski Kombinat Prilep plans 123 mln denars (1.995 mln euro) loan from Komercijalna Banka

September 5 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based cigarette producer Tutunski Kombinat Prilep [MSE:TKPR] said on Monday it plans to sign a 123 million denars ($1.978 million/1.995 million euro) loan with North Macedonia's Komercijalna Banka Skopje.

The planned loan’s maturity term is July 17, 2024, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company’s shareholders will vote on the proposed loan agreement at a meeting on October 5.
