N. Macedonia's TTK Banka to pay higher dividend for 2023

April 1 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's TTK Banka [MSE:TTK] said its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 108 denars ($1.9/1.8 euro) per share for 2023, higher than the 67 denars dividend paid out for 2022.

This distribution includes 76 denars in gross dividend per share through new shares which will be issued in a private offer exclusively for shareholders, along with an additional 32 denars in gross cash dividend, TTK Banka said in a bourse filing on Friday.

The bank will distribute a total of 104.6 million denars as dividend for last year.

The bank's net profit rose to 105.2 million denars in 2023, some 72.9% higher compared to the previous year.

The lender's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on March 27, at an average price of 1,455 denars.
