N. Macedonia's TTK Banka proposes higher dividend for 2023

February 28 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's TTK Banka [MSE:TTK] said on Wednesday it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 108 denars ($1.9/1.8 euro) per share for 2023, higher than the 67 denars dividend paid out for 2022.

This distribution includes 76 denars in gross dividend per share through new shares which will be issued in a private offer exclusively for shareholders, along with an additional 32 denars in gross cash dividend, TTK Banka said in a bourse filing.

The bank plans to distribute a total of 104.6 million denars as dividend for last year.

TTK Banka's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled for March 29.

The bank's net profit rose to 105.2 million denars in 2023, some 72.9% higher compared to the previous year.

The lender's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on Tuesday, at an average price of 1,440 denars.
