January 31 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Triglav Osiguruvanje [MSE:VROS], part of Slovenian insurance group Triglav, said on Monday that its net profit soared to 28.4 million denars ($514,000/460,800 euro) in 2021, compared with 15.2 million denars net profit booked a year earlier.
Triglav Osiguruvanje's revenue totalled 1 billion denars in 2021, down about 2% year-on-year, the company said in a financial statement.
Net earned premiums fell 3.2% on the year to 885.5 million denars.
The company's total expenses were flattish at 1 billion denars in 2021, whereas net claims incurred rose 8.1% to 470.2 million denars.
