N. Macedonia's Teteks buys back own shares

February 28 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's textile products manufacturer Teteks [MSE:TETE] repurchased 704 of its own shares, equal to a 0.2% stake, the Skopje bourse said on Wednesday.

Teteks bought back the shares at a price of 2,800 denars ($49.1/45.4 euro) in two transactions which took place on February 27, the Skopje bourse said in a notice.

Teteks' share capital of 1.28 billion denars is divided into 414,171 shares, each with a par value of 3,095 denars.

The company's shares last traded in regular trading on February 26, when they switched hands at an average price of 2,800 denars, bourse data shows.
