N. Macedonia's securities commission OKs ProCredit Bank cap hike plan

February 16 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Friday it gave the green light to local ProCredit Bank to increase its capital by 6 million euro ($6.5 million) through a private placement of a new share issue.

ProCredit Bank will issue 1,200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 5 euro apiece, equal to their par value, SEC said in a statement.

The newly issued shares will be purchased by the lender's sole owner - Germany-based ProCredit Holding.

Currently, ProCredit Bank's share capital totals 27.8 million euro, divided into 5,557,351 ordinary shares of 5 euro in par value each.
