N. Macedonia's RZ Tehnicka Kontrola plans higher dividend for 2023

The company intends to distribute 11.4 million denars from its 2023 net profit as dividend for that year, it said in a bourse filing.

RZ Tehnicka Kontrola's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting on May 15.

RZ Tehnicka Kontrola distributed a gross dividend of 50 denars per share for 2022.

The company's net profit soared to 25.7 million denars in 2023, compared with 2.3 million denars net profit booked a year earlier.

Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on February 22, changing hands at an average price of 367 denars, bourse data showed.
