N. Macedonia's Replek to pay higher dividend for 2023

April 26 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based drug maker Replek [MSE:REPL] said on Friday its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 3,000 denars ($52.3/48.8 euro) per share for 2023, higher compared with the previous year.

Replek will distribute a total of 71.4 million denars in dividend from last year's profit, the company said in a bourse filing.

Replek made a consolidated net profit of 280.6 million denars last year, significantly higher compared with 81.9 million denars booked the previous year.

For 2022, the company distributed a gross dividend of 2,000 denars per share.

Replek's shares last changed hands on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) at an average price of 109,000 denars on Thursday, bourse data shows.
