The company issued 962,913 new ordinary shares at a price of 1,000 denars per share, equal to their nominal value, the Central Securities Depository said in a notice.
Following the transaction, the company's share capital totals 10.2 billion denars, split into 10,232,085 shares.
The newly issued shares were intended for the government of North Macedonia, which is the sole shareholder in the company, according to an earlier statement by the country's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
