N. Macedonia's Rade Koncar-Aparatna Tehnika to pay higher 2023 dividend

May 28 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based electrical components and equipment manufacturer Rade Koncar - Aparatna Tehnika [MSE:RADE] said on Tuesday its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 125 denars ($2.2/2 euro) per share for 2023.

Rade Koncar - Aparatna Tehnika will distribute 25.8 million denars from its 2023 net profit as dividend for that year, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company paid a gross dividend of 95 denars per share for 2022.

The electrical equipment manufacturer's net profit came in at 30.3 million denars in 2023, up from 8.5 million denars in 2022.

The company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on February 13, at an average price of 2,000 denars.
