N. Macedonia's Rade Koncar-Aparatna Tehnika plans higher 2023 dividend

Rade Koncar - Aparatna Tehnika's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting on May 28, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company paid a gross dividend of 95 denars per share for 2022.

The electrical equipment manufacturer's net profit came in at 30.3 million denars in 2023, up from 8.5 million denars in 2022.

The company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on February 13, at an average price of 2,000 denars.
