N. Macedonia's Oilco KDA buys back 690 own shares

SKOPJE (North Macedonia), November 19 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based fuel storage and transport company Oilco KDA [MSE:OILK] said on Tuesday that it has repurchased 690 own shares for an undisclosed price.

Following the transaction, Oilco KDA holds 8,566 own shares, equal to 3.41% of its capital, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company's shares last traded on the stock exchange in Skopje on November 15, at a price of 6,000 denars ($108/97.5 euro).

Oilco KDA has a fuel depot in the village Miladinovci near Skopje. The company transports petrol, diesel and heavy fuel oil, as well as compressed natural gas and liquid petroleum gas.

Oilco KDA's biggest shareholder is fuel retailer Makpetrol [MSE:MPT].
