N. Macedonia's NLB Banka to pay higher dividend for 2023

May 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's NLB Banka [MSE:TNB], part of Slovenian banking group Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), said its shareholders have cleared the distribution of a gross dividend of 2,636 denars ($46.3/42.9 euro) per share for 2023, higher compared with a year earlier.

The lender will use 2.3 billion denars out of its 2023 profit to pay dividend for that year, it said in a bourse filing on Wednesday.

NLB Banka distributed a gross dividend of 2,431 denars per share for 2022.

The bank made a net profit of 3.2 billion denars in 2023, up 32.2% year-on-year.

NLB Banka's shares traded at an average price of 40,942 denars on Wednesday, latest bourse data showed.
