N. Macedonia's Mermeren Kombinat plans higher dividend for 2022

The company plans to use 1.2 billion denars ($20.8 million/19.5 million euro) from profits accumulated by the end of 2022 to distribute the dividend, Mermeren Kombinat said in a bourse filing.

The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting on December 11.

Mermeren Kombinat paid a gross dividend of 3.42 euro per share for 2021.

The company booked a net profit of 859.6 million denars in 2022, down 6% compared with the year before.

The marble producer's shares have not traded on the Macedonian Stock exchange (MSE) in the past year.
