October 28 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based forwarding company Makosped [MSE:MKSD] said its net profit jumped to 196.6 million denars ($3.2 million/3.2 million euro) in the first nine months of the year, from 12.1 million denars in the like period a year earlier.
Total operating costs amounted to 61.3 million denars in the period under review, up 11% on the year, Makosped said in an interim financial statement on Thursday.
Operating revenues grew to 253.1 million denars in the nine months through September, from 63 million denars in the like period of 2021.
Revenues from domestic sales fell 9% y/y to 53.4 million denars, while sales abroad plunged 96% to 155,000 denars.
Makosped, established in 1946, offers transportation and warehousing services.
