N. Macedonia's Komercijalna Banka plans higher dividend for 2023

February 23 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] said on Friday that it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 910 denars ($16/14.8 euro) per share for 2023, higher than the 500 denars dividend paid out for the previous year.

Under the proposal, Komercijalna Banka will pay out a total of 2.1 billion denars out of its undistributed profit as dividend for 2023, the lender said in a bourse filing.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting scheduled on March 27.

Komercijalna Banka booked a net profit of 3.6 billion denars in 2023, up 66% year-on-year.

The bank's shares traded at an average price of 16,709 denars on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on Thursday, the latest available bourse data shows.
