N. Macedonia's Granit shares trade in block deal

February 13 (SeeNews) - An equity stake of 0.06% in North Macedonia's construction company Granit [MSE:GRNT] traded in a 2.04 million denars ($35,495/33,140 euro) block transaction on the Skopje stock exchange, bourse data showed on Tuesday.

A total of 1,700 shares in Granit changed hands at 1,200 denars each in the block deal, the bourse data showed.

Granit's equity capital is divided into 3,071,377 shares of 5 euro in par value each. They last traded in regular trading on Tuesday, at an average price of 1,165 denars.

In regular trading, Granit's shares traded at an average price of 1,200 denars on the Macedonian Stock exchange (MSE) on Tuesday.

Skopje-based Granit was established as a state-owned company in 1952 and privatised in 1996. Its main activities include construction and rehabilitation of roads. The company owns several concrete and asphalt plants and stone quarries.
