October 25 (SeeNews) - An equity stake of 1.41% in North Macedonia-based construction company Granit [MSE:GRNT] traded in a 62.6 million denars ($1 million/1 million euro) block transaction on the Skopje stock exchange, bourse data showed on Tuesday.
A total of 43,200 shares in Granit changed hands at 1,450 denars each in the block deal, the bourse said in a notice.
The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
Granit's equity capital is divided into 3,071,377 shares of five euro in par value each. They last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange on Friday, at an average price of 1,360 denars, according to the most recent bourse data available.
Skopje-based Granit was established as a state-owned company in 1952 and privatised in 1996. Its main activities include construction and rehabilitation of roads. The company owns several concrete and asphalt plants and stone quarries.
