N. Macedonia's Fersped proposes higher dividend for 2023

April 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based forwarding company Fersped [MSE:FERS] said on Tuesday that it plans to propose to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 720 denars ($12.5/11.7 euro) per share for 2023, higher compared with the previous year.

Under the proposal, the company will distribute a total of 11.7 million denars of accumulated profit as dividend, Fersped said in a bourse filing.

The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for May 31.

Its net profit rose 59% on the year to 153.6 million denars in 2023.

Fersped paid out a gross dividend of 550 denars per share for 2022.

The company's shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on April 5, at an average price of 52,002 denars.

Fersped was established in 1968 as a state-owned company and was privatised in 1995.
