April 16 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's confectionery producer Evropa [MSE:EVRO] said on Tuesday it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 50 denars ($0.86/0.81 euro) per share for 2023, same as the year before.
Under the proposal, Evropa will distribute a total of 11.5 million denars as dividend for last year, the company said in a bourse filing.
The proposal will be put to the vote at a shareholders meeting scheduled for May 15.
The company's net profit dropped to 36.8 million denars in 2023 from 45.2 million denars in 2022.
Its shares last traded on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) on March 27, when they switched hands at an average price of 3,168 denars.
