N. Macedonia's Debarski Banji - Capa proposes lower 2023 dividend

April 18 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's specialist medical practice service provider Debarski Banji - Capa AD Debar [MSE:DEBA] said on Thursday it plans to distribute a gross dividend of 143 denars ($2.5/2.3 euro) per share for 2023, lower compared with the previous year.

Debarski Banji - Capa will pay out a total of 3 million denars out of its 2023 net profit as dividend for that year, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal at a meeting on May 21.

Debarski Banji - Capa distributed a gross dividend of 238 denars for 2022.

Its net profit fell to 14.5 million denars in 2023 from 21.7 million denars booked the previous year.
