Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) decreased to 53.6 million denars ($927,434/869,606 euro) in five trading sessions this week from 66.1 million denars in four trading sessions last week.
The bourse was closed on April 10 due to a public holiday.
Pharmaceutical company Alkaloid [MSE:ALK] contributed the most to the trading turnover on the MSE this week, as 891 of the company's shares changed hands in 71 transactions worth a total of 18.3 million denars.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 124.88 points on April 19, unchanged compared to the closing value a week earlier.
