N. Macedonia's BIM proposes higher dividend for 2023

April 17 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based bituminous materials producer BIM [MSE:BIM] said on Wednesday it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 2,000 denars ($34.5/32.5 euro) per share for 2023, higher compared with the previous year.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a shareholders meeting scheduled for May 20, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company distributed a gross dividend of 1,833 denars per share for 2022.

The company's net profit fell to 43.7 million denars in 2023 from 49.7 million denars a year earlier.

Established in 1957, BIM has a portfolio of over a hundred products.
