N. Macedonia's Ading to pay higher dividend for 2023

May 30 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia-based construction chemicals producer Ading [MSE:ADIN] said on Thursday its shareholders have approved a plan to pay out a gross dividend of 38 denars ($0.67/0.62 euro) per share for last year, slightly higher than the gross dividend of 32 denars distributed for 2022.

The company will distribute the dividend out of its 2023 net profit, it said in a bourse filing.

Ading booked a net profit of 160 million denars in 2023, up 138% compared with 2022.

Ading's shares last traded on May 29 on the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE), at an average price of 1,690 denars.

Skopje-based Ading, established in 1969, has representative offices and distributors in 13 countries in Southeast Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Outside North Macedonia, Ading has production facilities in Bulgaria.
