N. Macedonia-founded Native Teams raises 6.3 mln euro to drive growth

The investment round attracted existing investors Bulgaria's Eleven Ventures and Croatia's Fil Rouge Capital, as well as Bulgaria's MFG Invest, UK-based Begin Capital and other new partners, Native Teams said in a social media post on Thursday.

"This new investment round will help us improve the platform in our existing key markets and further expand our business to Asia," Native Teams said in the post.

Native Teams is a platform offering global work solutions for freelancers, remote workers, and their employers. Headquartered in the U.K., the company was founded by CEO Jack Thorogood and Alexandra Mitrevska in 2020, and is active in more than 30 European countries, including Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Romania, Slovenia, Serbia and Turkey.
