Sirma Group jumped by 7.14% to 0.75 levs with 25,040 shares traded. The gain was registered after the company disclosed earlier in the day a decision to fully exit its unit Sirma AI. According to the statement, its subsidiary Sirma Solutions intends to sell its entire 23.8% stake in the unit for 9.46 million euro ($10.05 million).

The gain at Sirma Group also supported the BGTR30 index, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight. The index inched up by 0.03% to 729.14 points, while its top loser, diversified group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:SPH], dropped by 6.42% to 8.75 levs.

Stara Planina Hold and a 4.29% loss at cable and wire manufacturer Emka [BUL:EMKA] pushed down the BGBX40 index, which tracks the 40 most traded shares on the Sofia bourse. The index fell by 0.14% to 138.83 points.

In contrast, the BGREIT index, which tracks seven real estate investment trusts, climbed by 0.21% to 184.14 points. The index’s top gainer was CCB Real Estate Fund [BUL:CCBR], which added 0.84% to 48 levs. It was followed by Advance Terrafund [BUL:ATER], which gained 0.63% to 3.19 levs.

Total turnover on the BSE's main market fell to 1.2 million levs ($650,983/613,550 euro) on Friday from 2.7 million levs a day earlier.

With 203,000 levs, diversified group Sila Holding [BUL:HSI] generated the largest turnover for the day. The stock closed 1.40% higher at 2.90 levs with 70,000 shares traded.
