Montenegro’s UCB joins intl payment system with Serbia, Bosnia

November 23 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s central bank said it has enabled Universal Capital Bank (UCB) to become part of international payment transactions between Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It's up to UCB to decide when it will start using the clearing system, the central bank said on Wednesday.
