Montenegro’s Ski Resort - Kolasin seeks approval for four-star hotel

April 10 (SeeNews) - Montenegro’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) said it has received a request from Ski Resort - Kolasin 1450 to conduct an environmental impact assessment (EIA) of a project for the construction of a four-star hotel in the northern municipality of Kolasin.

The hotel will have 56 accommodation units, a bar and a restaurant, according to project documents published on EPA's website on Tuesday.

According to the Montenegrin business registry, Ski Resort - Kolasin 1450 is owned by Jezdimir Becirovic, Milica Scepanovic, Vukota Popovic and Nikola Mucalica.
